    Abstract: 我國大學圖書館大量採購電子資料庫普遍受到歡迎，但仍遭遇經費刪減與使用者不滿意的問題。許多大學圖書館希望了解使用者如何使用資料庫，與進行資料庫評鑑以為館藏發展、採購評選與推廣服務之參考。本論文旨在從支援採購決策觀點探討圖書館資料庫績效評鑑，將探討資料庫評選與採購問題，績效評鑑意涵，資料庫績效評鑑指標與模式建構，以及如何應用在資料庫採購評鑑決策。本論文運用疊慧研究法邀請來自17 所大學圖書館的22 位專家學者，發展出資料庫績效評鑑準則，涵蓋四構面及23 項指標，四構面包括：資料庫採購成本、資料庫使用次數、資料庫內容與品質、以及資料庫推廣與服務。
    Many university libraries in Taiwan have purchased a variety of databases, but libraries have also encountered serious problems in the shape of insufficient funding and user dissatisfaction. Many libraries want to investigate how users use the databases and how to undertake database evaluation in supporting collection development, selection,and purchasing services. This article aims to construct databases performance evaluation indicators and models in supporting databases purchasing and evaluation. The Delphi research method was used in the study with 22 experts of university librarians from 17 universities to develop database performance evaluation criteria composed of four dimensions and 23 indicators. The four dimensions included database procurement costs, database usage, database content, and database promotion service.
