Title:	聲譽模式下我國上市公司擴充型投資專案宣告對股價影響之研究

Abstract:	依理性的觀點，為謀求股東財富的最大化，管理者在投資專案選擇時應該是要選擇淨現值為正或最大的投資專案，但過去國內外的實證研究皆發現，回收期間法是企業界最普遍使用的投資專案評估方法。對此投資專案選擇的扭由行本，本研究嘗試由管理者與投資人資訊不業稱的情境，以聲譽模式的觀點加以詮釋，並由所推論的投資扭由行為進一步推導投資專案宣告時所可能發生的股價異常變動現象。
