Title:	民營大型製造業整合制宜模式之實證研究

Abstract:	本研究的目的在於將組織成員的行為特質引進組織制宜理論模型之中，整合「環境」與「組織結構」之總體層面和「組織結構」與「行為特質」之個體層面的配合程度，探討此一整體組織制宜理論模型之中各變數相互之間的關係，以及與「組織效能」的關係。本研究由實證上探討企業經營決策因情境變化而應採取制宜（權變）理論的潛在關係，應用「環境」、「組織結構」、「行為特質」等之主要變數，驗證企業經營績效的整合性制宜模型。
