Abstract:	本研究最主要之目的，是在承認有關談判之研究內容確實存在著文化差異的前提下，進行本土化的研究。在研究的過程中，研究者試圖跨越不同的學術領域，並以輔助研究來進一步解釋本體研究結果中所觀察到的現象。有關談判研究在國內甚少，但其重要性日益增加，不過目前國外的相關研究顯示，談判決策行為受文化差異的影響非常大，故現有西方之理論並不能完全移植到國內來。
