Title:	技術組合、例行化程度與技術實施績效關係研究－國內電源供應器產業實施自動化技術之實證

Abstract:	引進自動化技術以提昇製造能力是因應現代競爭要求的主要武器，但是自動化技術與管理卻有三個問題待澄清，包括(1)企業使用的各種自動化技術構成的集合（本研究稱之為「技術組合」）與製造能力關係，(2)技術實施程序管理特性（本研究稱之為「例行化程度」）與製造能力關係，(3)不同的技術組合對例行化程度與製造能力關係的中介影響。這三問題的不同答案有全然不同的管理涵義。若是(1)自動化技術本身就具有提昇製造能力的效益，其涵義是企業要致力於自動化技術的「採用」，而可忽略自動化管理；若是(2)，其涵義是企業要致力於自動化實施管理；若是(3)，不同的技術組合需要不同的自動化實施管理方式。對此三問題，本研究經由研究架構之建立、發展假設，並以國內電源供應器產業為實證對象進行實證，期能對自動化技術與管理之理論與實務有所貢獻。
