Abstract:	本研究應用衝突理論及談判實務理論來研究何以組織內會有層出不窮的衝突，以及為何所推動的計畫會遭遇到阻礙。並根據分析的結果，提出突破現有僵局的方案。 This research apply conflict theory and bargain theory to real case for explaining why there are endless conflict in any organization, and why your play go fail . According to this results, we can get some methods to get through jam.
