Title:	我國保險市場自由化相關問題之研究

Abstract:	保險業之自由化(Deregulation)已成為一股不可抗拒的潮流。在這股趨勢之下，主管機關將逐步開放本國保險市場，減少對本國產業之保護與管制。因此，隨著保護與管制之逐步解除將使市場之競爭更加激烈，保險業之經營風險可能增加，利潤亦可能減少。若保險業無法體察到趨勢的轉變而調整其經營理念與方向，勢將無法面對市場開放之後的激烈競爭。往後監理機關亦應扮演「仲裁者」的角色，而不再是「保護者」的角色。
