Abstract:	近年來，台灣的經濟在經過多年的高度成長，金融實力大幅提昇。另一方面，為因應香港九七大限回歸大陸及我國入世界貿易組織(WTO)，因此國內金融自由化、國際化的腳步愈來愈快。而企業融資的管道，直接金融的比例快速上升。自從一九八八年，綜合證券商開放以來，整個台灣正好進入全方位理財的時代，大企業對於投資理財的效率與效果更殷切。然而，由於金融市場自由化、國際化的影響，國內證券商面臨前所未有的機會與挑戰。因此，基於上述的研究動機，本研究欲達成的目的有下列幾項：
