Abstract:	就高科技產業而言，人才為產品和技術不斷創新與進步的原動力，並且是組織維持領導優勢的根本。因此，若高科技公司實施適當的人力資源管理措施，將對維持企業生存與發展大有裨益。近年，我國資訊工業產值持續成長，而各類賀訊產品中，有12項的產量排名世界第一，同時是世界第三大資訊產品生產國，次於美、日兩國。展望未來，政府將繼續鼓勵和推動育訊工業發展，而產業界亦將積極投入生產研發行列。在這種趨勢下，將拓展賀訊工業研發專業人員發展空間與機會。所以，瞭解資訊業研發人員的生涯發展模式，將使組織進行研發人員生涯管理時有所依據，並可提供研發人員作為生涯規劃的參考。本研究擬探討關於研發人員生涯發展的問題為：
