Abstract:	近年來國內的消費型態有了重大的轉變，傳統零售店的管理方式已難以解決隨之而來的商品管理問題，而各類型零售業的出現更加深了零售業的競爭。在如此激烈的零售戰中，如何有效掌握消費者的需求將成為企業競爭的核心，而銷售時點管理系統(POS)的引入正是零售業掌握商情的最佳利器。
