Abstract:	本論文共六章十七節第一章首先說明研究動機與目的，其次簡介已有之工作滿足及組織氣候理論，第三節由動機、目的與己有理論中推導出本論文之研究範圍與研究假設。第二章為本論文之方法論，依序說明本研究的研究環境、研究工具、選樣設計、研究程序及分析方法。第三章、第四章、是本研究的結果和討論。第三章以原問卷設計之構面探討組織次級系統氣候是否存在，以及工作滿足是否受個人職務因素及個人人格特質因素所影響。第四章也以原問卷設計之構面探討組織氣候與工作滿足間之關係。第五章乃為本文之結論、重要發現與建議。
