Title:	企業財務政策與股價之關係

Abstract:	本文計一冊，約三萬餘字，分為五章，共十四節。第一章緒論，首先定義本研究之問題，其次說明研究方法以及資料之來源。最後則以本研究撰寫過程中所受之限制為結尾。本研究之問題定義為，企業之財務政策（包括投資決策、理財決策及股利政策）是否對股價具有顯著影響？如果有，則又以那一決策較具影響力？什麼樣的財務政策較能達成「提高股價」之目標呢？第二章：為本研究之理論基礎，說明各家學者對本研究之問題之看法與理論。第三章為研究設計，主要在說明自變數與應變數之選擇，並設立理論模型及虛無假設。此外並詳述資料之選擇與處理方法。第四章：為實證結果，說明以台灣股票上市公司之實際資料，經電腦算出之實證結果及其在企業財務政策選擇上的意義。第五章為結論：說明本研究結果之貢獻與本研究尚未涉及之有關問題，以供後人進一步研究時之參考。
