Abstract:	本研究共一冊，二萬五千字，六章約十四節。第一章為緒論分別為研究動機、目的、限制範圍。第二章為文獻查考。第三章方法論。第四章本財務模型之建立。第五章模擬結果及其分析。第六章為結論。本研究自分析財務計劃著手，試圖建立一個財務計劃系統，憑此系統模擬其系統行為以了解其未來五年可能之變化，其次就環境變數與內部變數形成政策組合，以模擬此系統之績效，以為財務管理重點之參考，並為改進系統結構之參考。系統模擬因採電腦處理，故有迅速之效，處於今日環境變化之時代，此研究正合工商業發展之需要。本研究之貢獻為：此法研究財務計劃在台灣尚屬先驅之研究。
