Abstract:	本文計壹冊、共分六章，約二十三節。內容概要為：第一章：緒論。對全文作概略性的介紹，包括研究動機、目的、方法及範圍和限制。第二章：股利與保留盈餘。介紹股利的衝突理論，一派認為股利與股價有關，另一派則認為無關，並分別說明各派所持之論點。第三章：風險。首將證券投資的風險區分為系統與非系統風險；而系統者，包括市場、購買力、利率……等風險，受整個市場因素所共同影響。而非系統風險則屬個別公司所特有，如管理不善等。按著則以特徵線的數學方法衡量風險，並對國內上市股票的風險加以估算。第四章：股利與股價模式的研究，以計量經濟學的方法，從事國內資料的實證研究。第五章：相對價格變動的研究。首先對使用的變數其含義加以解釋及計算，繼而從事實證。並與外國學者的研究結果作一比較，並探討造成差異之原因。第六章：結論。
