Abstract:	共乙冊，分六章六節。本論文係參考創新決策過程之理論模型，建立本研究之理論架構，以研究錄影機購買者之認知過程，對傳播通路、產品印象、與認知與行動之一致性加以分析討論。在研究態度形成過程中，注重於尋求消息過程、意識中之產品特性、心理試用過程、對價格之感受、潛在購買者未購錄影機原因之研究。在分析影響購買之決定中，對購買者與非購買者進行區別分析，並研究採用者之市場區隔。在分析購後行為中，進行分析使用者對錄影機之滿意程度與使用行為。最後將整篇論文之研究提出扼要結論並作成建議，供廠商擬訂行銷策略之參考。
