Abstract:	本論文共一冊，約三萬五千字，分為七章二十節。第一章為緒論，說明本研究的動機、目的、範圍、資料來源、研究的限制條件。第二章為相關文獻及理論的介紹和討論，並提出本論文的理論。第三章為方法及工具，說明本研究之方法，各種量表的信度等。第四章為離職者、復職者及留職者在各種特徵上的比較分析。第五章討論離職意願和其它變項的關係。第六章討論人格變項做為中介變項解釋離職意願的可行性。第七章將前六章做一綜合：並提出管理上的建議。
