    Abstract: 自從1958年網路分析技術(Network Technique)以嶄新管理工具的姿態出現後，即迅速流傳且廣泛引起企業界普遍的注意及積極的試用與採行。究其原因實乃該技術對時間、資源人力、成本等之控制，有其他工具所無法比礙之許多優點。它已被公認為最健全的規劃、時序安排及控制的制度。目前台灣除一般工商業外，十大建設亦有採用，成效沛然。
    遊艇工業在我國尚屬新興的行業，由於其附加價值高，需求穩定，是少數具有外銷前途的企業之一。惟因該業仍處萌芽階段，故一切生產技術，設備及管理等均非常單純，因此產生許多管理上的問題，倘若能加速該業的管理現代化，定能充實競爭力及促進國家經濟的繁榮與發展。
    本文主要介紹歐美最新管埋工具—網路分析法，並探討其在遊艇製造上之實用性，以為台灣企業管理上應用之借鑑，促進企業界，尤其足遊艇工業界人士對網路技術之重視。
    當網路分析法應用在遊艇製造上，其最大優點是能事先探知問題之全貌，以供決策者採取防範措施之參考;其具體成效如下：
    (1) 圖解之遊艇製程，便於瞭解及協調之用。
    (2) 完成一艘遊艇之成本與時間之多寡。
    (3) 公司能依合約之限期完工之機率若干或不能完工之可能性若干，均可知悉。
    (4) 有關日程限制對遊艇製造所造成之影響，亦可預知。
    (5) 倘若須趕工，其最大可趕工至第幾天，以及須若干成本，事先均可知道。
    (6) 最佳工期及其成本資料亦知。
    (7) 生產之時序安排及人力與機具之負荷拉平亦可預知。
    以上效益均非傳統管埋工具所能奏效，唯有應用網路技術始可克竟厥功。
