Abstract:	第一章為導論，計分三節，分述研究目的與範圍，研究設計與方法以及本研究的基本構架。第二章為人性需要與人群關係，為本項研究的理論基礎。計分三節，第一節作一般性的概述，其餘兩節分述人性需要及人群關係與激勵的關係。第三章為組織結構與人性需要，計分六節，除第一節作一般性的概述外，其餘五節分別以薪津與福利、工作性質、升遷發展機會、導領與統御以及同事關係等因素，來分析討論造成退役之現況。第四章為個別差異、家庭狀況以及社會環境對人性需要滿足的影響。計分四節，除第一節作一般性的概述外，其餘三節分就個人差異、家庭狀況以及社會環境等因素分析並討論造成退役之現況。第五章為結論與建議，計分三節，分述由個人對工作的滿足而增進組織績效，並就現實情況歸納成若干客觀的建議，本精益求精，進益求進的精神，作為有關人員的參考。
