Title:	民營企業投資計劃評估標準之研究分析

Abstract:	本論文計一冊，約五萬字左右，內分五章十七節。第一章為導論，說明本論文研究目的與範圍，同時述明研究方法和設計過程，並簡述了本研究之限制，使讀者對本論文有一概念性之瞭解。第二章則針對投資計劃評估之有關問題，做一敘述性的分析，其中說明了投資計劃的意義和目的，以及傳統財務性評估之方法，並描述出本研究所設定的投資計劃評估標準之觀念架構。第三章則針對投資程序加以研究分析，根據國外學者之研究文獻為基礎，並利用所有之調查資料，以分析本國民營企業之投資程序為何，與國外大型公司之投資程序之異同又為何？第四章則完全利用調查資料，以瞭解國內民營企業做一項重大投資計劃時，所考慮的重要因素為何？並試圖發掘個人工作背景與對投資計劃評估時的考慮重點間有否明確的關係存在。並據此調查分析之結果，做為第五章提供建議時之參考。第五章為本文之最後一章，乃將實際研究情況作一總括性的摘要，並提出一些所發現之問題的建議，以為各界有關人士之參考用。
