Title:	工廠生產時序安排之研究

Abstract:	第一章為「緒論」，分別以研究動機、資料搜集經過及研究的特性與限制等三節說明本論文的導論部份。第二章為「存貨生產與訂貨生產」，因工廠的生產型態，主要區分為二種，因此就其不同的特性、不同的計劃程序、控制模型，分別加以說明，以利分析不同生產型態下的工廠時序安排的問題；在本章第五節中以統計資料顯示台灣目前五大外銷產業的生產型態。第三章為「生產控制與時序安排」：分成八節，首先說明生產的意義、程序及重要性，次敘述時序安排與其他都門的關係，再說明時序安排的意義、定義、重要性、職屬、因素分析及安排步驟，並於此章提及工廠產能及機器負荷。第四章為「介紹各種時序安排的方法」計分八節，有：甘特圖表、要徑法與計劃評核術、牢衡線理論與應用。生產線平衡理論、短期間的時序安排、電腦在時序安排上應用之介紹及模擬方法的概說。第五章為「實例研究」分或七節，說明台灣區橡膠工業、中一橡膠工業股份有限公司、廠房佈置與設備安裝、產品的製程、生產管制情報之流程、時序安排之實例。以適用的方法驗證第四章的理論部份。第六章為「結論」。
