Abstract:	為了尋求優秀的外務員具有的特質，本研究以公司現有的外務員作分析，尋找優秀外務員具有的特質，以作為外務員甄選及管理上的參考。研究中首先尋求解釋外務員業績的自變數，先以差距分析、變異數分析，測定何者自遠數具有較大的解釋能力，其次似相關檢定，去除其相互共線性的變數，選擇互相獨立自變數，作區別分析，建立模式，以為區別外務員優劣的標準。
