Abstract:	鑒於討論「工業品採購」的文獻非常稀少。本文以數量化的資料力求建立「企業採購行為模式」。（第二章）本研究選取國內合板業廠商採購原木一事加以探討深入研究。在第三章求取「績效變數」「環境變數」、「組織變數」，在第四章研究「群體變數」、「個人變數」。而反覆與「績效變數」求其相關性、差異性。並多方求其各個變數評分之比例，以供對木行業更深入的資料，（但此並非木研究之主要目的）。最後再利用以上數據來檢視本研究之概念模式，作為本論文之結論。（第五章）
