Title:	危機管理對組織績效之影響－以航空業為例

Abstract:	政府自民國76年開放國內的民航天空以來，各種規模的航空業者充斥著整個市場。然而，接而連三的重大飛安事件使得消費者無不『聞機色變』。危機管理一躍而成主角，航空公司的危機管理能力對組織的績效會有某些程度的影響。　　本研究欲探討航空產業相關的危機議題。究竟在產業中對於危機的定義與分類是否有特別的看法，以及在產業內各家航空公司在危機處理及危機預防的實際作法如何；以採深度訪談法進行質化的研究。而在有關危機管理對組織績效影響的部份，試圖以簡單數學平均值來表示各家受訪公司在危機管理及危機復原後對公司績效影響的程度與關係。　　本研究發現：航空產業的特有危機種類為飛安危機與自然災害危機；產業內較易發生的危機與各家航空公司易發生的危機相同，均為飛安事件危機；各航空公司都有飛安危機相關的危機處理程序與原則；對飛安危機的發生亦有相關的預防措施；各航空公司也會依其經營理念來調整其危機管理內容與危機復原政策；以及各航空司僅在與飛安事件有關的危機才有這樣的危機管理機制與作法。　　而在對組織績效影響方面，僅得出在同公訂內曾發生不同種類的危機，若採取攻擊型的復原政策會有較好的績效表現；與對相同或相似的突發性危機，若公司排除危機處理流程的因素，採取恐龍型的復原策略會有較偏低的績效表現此二項結果。
