    Title: 台灣創業投資公司投資行為與經營績效關聯性之研究

    Abstract: 　　隨著創投事業的成熟，有越來越多的創投公司成立，而且有越來越多高科技公司在上市上櫃前受過創業投資公司的投資與協助，但創投公司的投資行為不同，投資組合亦不相同，因此本研究希望透過對台灣地區成立三年以上的創投公司投資組合的研究，分析出台灣地區創投業者之投資組合及投資行為群；以瞭解投資行為與經營績效之間的關聯性，作為評估創投公司之重要參考依據。
    　　基於上述的動機，本研究希望達成以下三個目的：
    　　1.透過對成立至少三年的台灣創業投資公司投資組合的研究，瞭解台灣創業投資公司之投資組合。
    　　2.藉由對台灣創投公司投資組合的分析，找出各創投公司所處的投資行為群。
    　　3.找出創業投資公司投資行為群與經營績效之間的關聯性，以瞭解經營績效是否因投資行為不同而有所不同。
    　　經實證結果，將重要結論摘要敘述如下：
    　　一、創投業的概況
    　　　　1.創投業仍偏重於晚期投資
    　　　　2.經營績效差異相當大，但並沒有想像中的好。
    　　二、潛伏因素與投資行為群
    　　　　1.根據因素分析結果，將潛伏因素一命名為「長期投資因素」或「早期投資因素」，將潛伏因素二命名為「保守投資因素」。
    　　　　2.根據集群分析結果將19家樣本公司分為3群，集群一為「保守投資群」；集群二為「積極進取群」，家數最多；集群三為「見好就收群」。
    　　三、投資行為與經營績效關聯性之實證結果
    　　　　1.實證結果無法證實具有統計上的顯著差異。
    　　　　2.「保守投資群」經營績效最差，符合低風險低報酬之現象。
    　　　　3.著重早期投資，經營績效不必然會比較高。
