Abstract:	Изучение русских личных имен (онимов) в культурологическом и когнитивном аспектах позволяет выявить специфические черты языковой деятельности русского человека в поле обыденного, а также понять особенности когнитивной картины мира современного россиянина в дискурсе текстов элитарной и массовой культуры. Особый интерес представляет функционирование онимов в современном Интернет-сообществе, что позволяет сделать заключение о специфике российской ноосферы. If we analyze Russian personal names (onims) in cultural and cognitive aspects, we can understand more better specific features of Russian speech activity in ordinary life and features of Russian Modern cognitive world picture in discourse of different kinds of texts (discourse of Elite culture and Masscult). We study Russian personal names functioning in field of Internet and as result we can include about specific features of Russian noosphere.
