Abstract:	Данная статья посвящена анализу особенностей семантической адаптации англоязычных заимствований в русском языке начала ХХI века. В статье отмечается, что семантическая адаптация представляет собой сложный процесс, который обусловлен внутренними закономерностями развития не только лексико-семантической системы, но и русского языка в целом. Особое внимание уделяется рассмотрению новых языковых тенденций, сопровождающих семантическую адаптацию англоязычных заимствований. The aim of this study is to investigate the semantic assimilation of English loanwords in Russian at the beginning of the 21st century. The complex process of the assimilation were composed not only lexical-semantic system, but also the whole inherently development in Russian. The article also mentioned the recent trends of language.
