Title:	在國家、企業和勞工之間：中國工會向市場經濟轉型中的多重角色——對1811名企業工會主席的問卷調查

Abstract:	基於二00四至二00六年進行的對1,811個企業工會主席的問卷調查資料，本文主要研究在市場化改革的背景下，中國工會的角色和身份。本文有以下幾個主要判斷：第一，工會組建和工會主席的選舉在黨的領導下有控制地進行；第二，工會內部民主有了一些新的跡象和做法，會員對工會組織功能定位的影響力和約束力有所增強；第三，維護勞工權益已成為企業工會的基本職責，集體談判、職工民主參與、勞動爭議調解等適應市場經濟要求的維權機制正在建立和完善，工會對會員的服務功能得到增強；第四，企業工會的社會參與邁出了新的步伐，這使它能夠通過借助內部和外部的各種資源來提升自己的地位，謀求自身的發展。本文認為，工會維權功能的強化，既與工會組織民主化和群眾化的努力有關，更是國家要求工會維護政治穩定、社會穩定和促進工人階級隊伍穩定的結果。向市場經濟轉型至今，工會在國家、企業和勞工之間，扮演著極為複雜的多重角色。工會不僅是經濟利益矛盾的產物，更是政治博弈的工具，必須結合中國的政治和經濟制度，才能準確把握它在現階段的定位和作用。
