Abstract:	任何一所圖書館，其館藏再豐富，亦無法滿足每一個讀者的需求。因此，為了彌補此項缺憾，圖書館界紛紛進行館際合作活動，其中，尤以館際互借最為頻繁。針對讀者所提出的館際互借申請特質加以分析，除了有助於圖書館服務品質的提昇，亦可使採訪業務能夠順利進行，並且在擬定館藏發展政策時有所依據。 Even though library has large collection, it can not still fill every reader’s need. Thus, libraries supply the interlibrary loan service to improve the above-mentioned disadvantage. To analize readers’ interlibrary loan requests is helpful to raise the quality of library services, and to promote acquisition business. Meanwhile, the collection development policy will be set up.
