Abstract:	李華偉館長創造許多第一,是華人的驕傲,更是圖書館界的典范。他為中外圖書館事業的交流與發展做出了杰出的貢獻。本文以感恩、學習、創新、傳承的心情,由個人經驗及相關報道,略述其對臺灣圖書館事業的影響。其透過著述立說、精辟演講,提攜圖書館界青年才俊,為臺灣圖書館界開拓國際視野。李華偉館長是一位改革者,更是一位創新者。其溝通能力、執著和韌性以及柔中有剛、外圓內方的領導風格;對專業的堅持與信念、待人的誠懇熱情,勇于任事的使命感以及"樂在工作、樂在生活"的態度,是值得學習和傳承的。
