Title:	宗教體驗者幸福感的建構－以一貫道道親為例

Abstract:	學術界最早對於幸福感的研究，強調以外顯指標做為評估幸福感的依據，然而，目前對幸福感的研究已經轉由探究個人的主觀認知和內在心理特質對幸福感的影響，因此建構了若干幸福感量表。就目前對於幸福感的研究而言，已由全面性、一般性轉為針對某個特定的群體。其中為數眾多的宗教體驗者而言，其幸福感為何，較少有人研究。因此，本研究目的乃在建構宗教體驗者的幸福感量表本研究參考之幸福感量表為中國人幸福感量表（Lu & Shih，1997），該量表融合了牛津幸福感量表（Argyle等人，1989）與華人幸福感的樣貌；相關文獻則包含：《青年八鑰》與《幸福的道理》。本研究之質性方法係採用可彌補過去腦力激盪法缺點的「六三五法」，以一貫道道親為對象，搜集182份宗教體驗者對於幸福感的實際感受，據以建構宗教體驗者幸福感量表。再經由邀請九位一貫道之學者專家進行前測，以了解問卷題意是否清楚明瞭，繼而建立網路預試問卷進行預試，再將預試問卷以統計軟體進行項目分析、因素分析及信、效度分析等預試分析，建構正式宗教體驗者幸福感量表。本研究建構之宗教體驗者幸福感量表，包含樂觀、社會承諾、正向情感、掌控感、身體健康、自我滿足、心理警覺、和諧的親友關係、他人讚賞、物質滿足、工作成就、活得比別人好、樂天知命、人生意義與待人處事、以及德性等十五個構面，期能做為後續建構宗教體驗者相關學理，或衡量宗教體驗者幸福感之用。
