Title:	［大學海外分校系列］馬來西亞海外分校設立發展及其品質保證模式探討

Abstract:	跨境教育為現今世界各國高等教育發展的重要趨勢，而海外分校的設立則是其中一種最常見的國際化方式。輸出國可藉由海外分校提升大學國際知名度，而輸入國也可透過引進海外分校吸引優秀留學生至該國就讀，並且改善該國的教育品質，提升國家總體競爭力。馬來西亞政府自2000年起，積極引進世界著名大學到該國開設分校，包含：英國諾丁漢大學（The University of Nottingham）、澳洲蒙納許大學（Monash University）等，希望建構馬來西亞成為亞洲教育的樞紐（Sudhu & Kaur, 2011）。
