    摘要: 本研究旨在檢視國內檔案機構之現行檔案展覽之空間規劃與展示設計的現況。以現場觀察法與深度訪談法作為研究方法，觀察並記錄台灣重要檔案典藏機構的檔案展覽狀況，並以立意抽樣的方式邀請四位檔案策展人進行深度訪談，幫助本研究能夠以不同的視角，去檢視實務上檔案展覽的空間規劃和展示設計的規劃設計要點與有哪些需克服的問題。本研究之建議如下：
    一、 以多邀請機關團體與辦理特殊主題檔案展覽，以解決參觀人數不足的問題。
    二、 確立檔案展覽中展品的陳列順序，幫助觀展者對展品內容有更好的學習與理解。
    三、 提供適合檔案原件保存的展場空間環境，不僅延長檔案原件壽命，也體現檔案機構的專業態度。
    四、 提供檔案原件最適合的保存微環境，在展場內使用專業的檔案展示櫃。
    五、 控制展覽空間和展櫃內的燈光亮度與燈光擺設，以同時達到照明且不傷害檔案原件的效果。
    六、 限制大型文字版與展件說明文字字數，使觀展者在有限的字數中獲得必需的資訊。
    七、 檔案機構間建立一致的檔案展品說明卡內容標準。
    八、 注意所使用之多媒體裝置是否具有學習意義和聲光效果是否適當。
    九、 引進新的科技技術使檔案展覽更完善。
    This study aims at examining the current state of spatial planning and display design of archives exhibitions in Taiwan. By observation method and in-depth interview method, this study evaluates the current practices of archives exhibition by significant institutions in Taiwan. Inviting This study interviews four professional curators in order to have better understanding on spatial planning and display design of archives exhibition in practice and on what plight curators may encounter when designing an archival exhibition. The recommendations entailed by this study are as below:
    1. To solve the problem of insufficient visitors, the institute could give out more invitation to organizations, or planning archival exhibition with interesting theme to attract more audiences.
    2. To establish the display order of exhibits in the archives exhibition, in order to let audiences have a better learning and understanding of the exhibits.
    3. By providing a suitable environment for preserving originafiles, the exhibition could not only extend the life of the original files, but also reflect a sense of professional attitude of the archives.
    4. provide the most suitable storage micro-environment for the original file, and use the professional file display cabinet in the exhibition .
    5. control the brightness and lighting of the exhibition space and inside the showcase to achieve illumination without damaging the original file at the same time.
    6. To limit the number of words in large text board and label, so that visitors can get the necessary information in a limited number of words.
    7. Establish a standard of content of the labels between archives institutes.
    8. Make sure the multimedia devices have learning significance and and the sound and light effects are adequate.
    9. Introducing new technologies to make the archives exhibition better.
