    Title: 「獄」火重生：毒品更生人與家庭關係的生命故事探究

    Abstract: 監獄設立的目的是為矯正特定族群的犯法行為，並以限制行動作為矯正方法。對大眾而言，因對毒品更生人族群的不熟悉，容易造成恐懼與污名，使毒品更生人無論在找工作的過程、家庭關係的修復；抑或是適應長刑期出獄後社會的變化更添困難。本研究透過質性研究法，訪談兩位在接觸毒品的歷程中，有截然不同的犯罪動機之更生人，研究將關注兩個焦點，分別為：（一）了解家庭對毒品更生人的影響；與（二）了解毒品更生人如何看待自己。主要結論如下：
    1. 社會鍵中依附、奉獻、參與與信仰要素可以互補或獨立，當四項要素無法被滿足，將伴隨家庭關係鬆散、無謀生能力、教育程度低等問題，形成低自我控制的人格特質。
    2. 毒品更生人在面對明貶者與可貶者兩種不同身分時，會出現自卑與自大兩種截然不同的表現。
    3. 女性受刑人與更生人容易受母職壓力污名，男性則不受父職壓力影響。
    4. 污名化的建構來自社會期待對特定族群的預期身分落差，個體在社會中會同時存在多種身分；而毒品犯、受刑人與更生人皆是無人期待的身分角色，因此，與其他身分共同出現時（例如：母親、員工、丈夫等），導致污名的建構。
