    Title: 論謝勒情感現象學的內在理路
    A Study of Max Scheler`s Phenomenology of Feeling

    Abstract: 本文共分為五個章節,包括導論在內,全文約五萬三千餘字,旨在探討謝勒情感現象學的內在理路,以情感的意向性分析為據,則其內在理路實為客觀的價值,本文即依此而試圖釐清經由謝勒在意向性分析下所完成的價值論述。

    在研究方法上,本文接受M.S. Frings的研究進路,將謝勒早先的價值哲學與後期哲學人類學視為一致性的發展成果,因此本文借用了後期哲學中的位格論述而用以闡釋謝勒價值本質的觀點。另方面,亦借用A.R. Luther的觀點,將位格的行動解釋為形而上的行動。透過Frings與Luther在這兩個方面的研究方向,決定了本文的研究進程,亦即以行動位格作為價值客觀階層與愛的秩序的決定性因素。

    上述的兩種研究進路決定了本文第一章至第三章的研究方向,在探討情感現象學的內在理路之時,筆者有意識地將探討局限在價值議題的範圍內,並透過物體直觀與價值直觀之差異從而分判出價值本質的現象學方法上的依據,此分判的根據在這裡給出了一個進一步的研究進程,即此價值本質的更深入的探討必須經由位格的行動而加以闡釋,且此行動必然是形而上的行動,之所以如此,蓋因只有從此形而上的行動作為研究的角度,客觀價值階層才能獲得立論基礎,否則不時出現矛盾之處。第三章中的研究即是為支持此一論斷而做的探討,而第四章中的探討則是試圖以此論據來作為回應批評的根據。

    總括而言,本文首先區別物體與價值的本質之差異,經由此差異的釐清,價值本質連繫至位格的形上行動,如此作為情感現象學之內在理路的價值系統,其作為核心並能擴展至社會的、知識的、道德的以及宗教的等等領域,而具有廣泛的視域。
