Title:	國家檔案館檔案應用服務空間及設施規劃之研究

Abstract:	檔案是歷史之紀錄，也是社會共同之資產。目前世界各國大都已設置國家檔案館，為各國的全體國民提供所需的檔案借調及相關的服務。維護民眾知的權利是各國國家檔案館提供檔案借調所奉行的準則。我國國家檔案之服務，檔案管理局已依據檔案法規範，製作檔案目錄，免費開放目錄查檢與檔案閱覽服務；並順應世界各國潮流，正積極規劃我國的國家檔案館。此外，我國終在民國94年12月6日經立法院三讀通過「政府資訊公開法」，此法明訂除國家機密、妨害個人隱私及職業機密、智慧財產權等政府資訊，政府應製作目錄、文件意旨對我國國民、僑民公開與提供查閱服務。日後如國家檔案館成立，亦應持續依據「檔案法」規範與遵循「政府資訊公開法」的精神，提供全民所需的檔案應用服務。因而本研究預為規劃國家檔案館提供民眾所需的檔案應用服務之範疇，以及應用服務所需之空間與設施進行規劃。
