本研究主要目的乃在利用競值架構，探討國民小學校長領導行為、學校組織文化，以及教師教學效能之間的中介效果。研究採用調查研究法，以新北市公立國民小學教師為對象，共獲得有效問卷646份，有效問卷回收率為86.36%。正式問卷回收之後，主要以結構方程模式等統計方法進行資料分析。結果共得到三項主要結論：一、競值架構校長領導行為、學校組織文化與教師教學效能之間具有顯著正相關。二、在直接效果方面，競值架構校長領導行為可以直接影響教學效能。三、在中介效果方面，競值架構校長領導行為可藉由學校組織文化的完全中介作用，間接正向影響教師教學效能。 The main purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between principal’s leadership and teaching effectiveness mediated by the school organizational culture in elementary schools by utilizing Competing Values Framework. A total of 646 usable questionnaires were collected from 748 teachers of public elementary schools in New Taipei City. Three related questionnaires were used to measure the major variables while data were analyzed primarily by the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The main conclusions of this study include: 1. There were significant positive correlations among principal’s leadership behavior, school organizational culture and teaching effectiveness. 2. Principal’s leadership behavior had significant direct effect on teaching effectiveness. 3. The results from the mediated-effects model indicated that school organizational culture did have the significant mediated effects of principal’s leadership on teaching effectiveness.
