本研究採問卷調查法，以臺北市59所公立國民中學教職人員為對象，以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數、結構方程模式進行分析，得三項結論：一、校長轉型領導層面以「激勵共成願景」、教師幸福感層面以「樂觀表現」、學校創新經營層面以「資訊科技」得分最高。二、不同教師現職、教師年齡、校長年齡、學校規模等背景變項對校長轉型領導、教師幸福感與學校創新經營有差異。三、本研究用結構方程模式檢測整體教師幸福感及其分層面（樂觀表現、身心健康、生活滿意、工作表現）之中介效應，發現校長轉型領導透過整體教師幸福感之中介作用，間接正向影響學校創新經營。此外，利用多重中介模式分析結果顯示，四個教師幸福感分層中，僅工作表現顯著正向影響創新經營。 The purpose of this study was to explore the relationships among principal’s transformational leadership, teacher’s well-being, and school innovative management in Taipei municipal junior high schools. Three related questionnaires were used to measure the major variables while data collected from a sample of teachers in 59 Taipei municipal junior high schools. Collected data were analyzed by SPSS/PC to conduct descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and SEM analysis. It was found that principal’s transformational leadership has significant direct effects on the school innovative management. Also, tested by the mediated-effects model, it was found that principal’s transformational leadership has significant indirect effects on school innovative management mediated by the factor of job achievement of teacher’s well-being.
