Abstract:	本文的目的是以學生在2003年國際數學與科學教育成就趨勢調查（TIMSS 2003）問卷與創造性數學問題上的解題歷程，來檢驗所提出的數學教學與學習「脈絡─歷程─結果」模式。本文共包括兩個研究：研究一，依據問題的四種正確答案的百分比，可將參與國際數學與科學教育成就趨勢調查八年級研究的47個國家，以群集分析分中速且精確（群集一），慢速且不精確（群集二），快速且精確（群集三）三組，其中群集三的數學成就最高，群集一次之，群集二最後。研究二，以區別分析將各群集典型國家的學生，分類為三個群集的影響變項。本文發現：「快速且精確」的解題歷程取決於認知能力；「中速且精確」取決於較多的計算機使用、避免與數學無關的教學方式；「快速」取決於師生時間的投入，但有損學習動機。
