Title:	真實動作：以身體開啟療癒之道

Abstract:	真實動作是舞蹈治療的一種方法。治療結構為透過「動者」與「觀照者」二個角色的互動，在身體層面開啟，促成身體意識，而產生療癒。本文簡要回顧真實動作的發展理路，並以個案呈現的方式來說明真實動作的進行方式。本研究目的為探究真實動作中「動者」—「觀照者」互動中所開啟的「動作意象」及「身體文本」在療癒上所彰顯的意涵。最後，本文對「內在真實的心靈」提出「虚構生產」的概念，來說明動者內在心靈真實的發現不是「再現真實」，而是在觀照者的扶持下，對自己的身體文本、意象進行編織、造化和勾連，讓「自己對自己工作」，以邁向身體做為主體的「實踐與自我轉化」之中。
