The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among teacher empowerment, school organizational health, and school effectiveness. Data were collected from teachers of junior high school in Taiwan. The collected data were analyzed by Pearson product-moment correlation, cluster analysis, discriminant analysis, one-way MANOVA, one-way ANOVA and Hierarchical Linear Modeling. The results indicated that there are positive relationships among teacher empowerment, school organizational health and school effectiveness. Furthermore, results showed that schools with high teacher empowerment and school organizational health have higher school effectiveness than schools with low teacher empowerment and school organizational health. Finally, the results from the analysis of Hierarchical Linear Modeling indicated that teacher empowerment, school organizational health (teacher-level) and school organizational health (school-level) could predict the school effectiveness.
