Abstract:	本講題所要討論的內容概可分為五個部分：一、中國文化產業發展現狀;二、解讀《國家文化產業振興規劃》;三、中國文化產業的發展趨勢;四、文化產業發展中的政府行為;五、部分城市發展文化產業案例分析。2009年堪稱是中國文化產業發展的「轉型年」。2008年的國際金融危機無意中推動了中國經濟發展方式的轉型，此一形勢也突顯了文化產業的特殊優勢，使中國文化產業在參與國民經濟發展的轉型上扮演著一個重要的角色;由於文化產業發揮「保增長、擴內需、調結構、促改革、惠民生」的重要作用而提供了中國經濟發展的重大契機。大陸已經看到在國內的發展中，結構問題是職業發展的瓶頸。當人民的GDP到達3000-4000美元，恩格爾消費指數卻反而下降，社會的經濟結構和消費結構就會發生變化;我們為吃飯而需要的花費越來越少，而其它的花費正在增加。
