Title:	學術型宗教教育與宗教研修學院之設置：一貫道崇德學院學術發展的個案研究

Abstract:	宗教的存在意義在於實踐與教化，宗教團體透過宗教教育使信徒與民眾身心靈得以提升。一貫道長期深耕於臺灣社會與世界各地，對臺灣社會宗教教化的貢獻不容小覷。然而，有關一貫道義理的系統性發展仍舊闕如，而義理的系統研究與提供學術型的宗教教育，是成熟宗教必然邁向的途徑。一貫道為栽培其道場中修道、辦道及宣教的人才，已建立一套相對完整的「傳教型宗教教育」。但是礙於國家教育體制的限制，一貫道所提供的宗教教育僅侷限於教義的教導與心性的陶冶，在沒有專門且正式學制研究機構的情況下，其對義理的系統化與論述的客觀化，仍有努力之空間。因此，一貫道積極申請設置一貫道研修學院，先後有一貫道天皇、崇德獲准成立宗教研修學院。天皇學院於2015年招生，崇德學院亦於2016年招生。本文乃是以「一貫道崇德學院」為個案研究，先闡述我國宗教教育與宗教研究的發展，再探討一貫道宗教研修學院准予設置的立法因由，接著探討設置一貫道崇德學院對於該宗教團體的意義。簡言之，本文目的在論述一個宗教團體如何從「傳教型宗教教育」走向「學術型宗教教育」的過程與意義。
