    Abstract: 隨著兒少青年自殺死亡率和校園自殺自傷事件發生率逐年攀升，輔導和教育工作者感受到前所未有的衝擊與壓力。為提升實務工作者危機處遇能力，本文根據自殺學理論及相關實徵研究，說明負向情緒與自殺危機的關連；再根據精神分析與現象學對於自殺經驗的知識論，探討協助自殺危機案主從經驗重建依附並形成連繫方法論點；接著，本文採納美國聯邦調查局發表「行為影響階段模式－修訂版」（behavioral influence stairway model-revised），說明危機協談不僅僅是在中止自殺自傷行為，更是重建現場的聯繫關係，並以二個實務案例示範該模式在校園自殺危機現場的應用。
