    Title: 校長學校經營之知識管理評鑑指標建構研究─ 以台北為例

    Abstract: 在知識時代，知識管理是組織因應變革的一種策略，知識管理能夠發揮極大的力量。校長是創造一所有效能學校的重要關鍵，如果知識管理策略能在學校經營的現場中受到校長的採用，效果受到校長的肯定，則知識管理研究的成果對於學校經營的幫助必更為卓著。在國民小學的學校經營的現場，學校校長若不能具備學校經營的知識管理策略，則不可能營造一所有效能的好學校。因此，本研究從國民小學校長知識管理評鑑之建構構，最主要的目的是根據本研究根據第一階段校長訪談及第二階段校長訪談的結果，參考知識管理的理論經營一所有效能學校的研究取向，著手發展校長知識管理評鑑六大指標及四十八個項目並以驗證性因素分析進行探討，發現在校長的知識管理整體指標及各向度指標：「初始效應的知識管理」、「混亂起源的知識管理」、「團體凝聚的知識管理」、「突發狀況的知識管理」、「營造特色的知識管理」、「學期結束的知識管理」之模式基本適配度、模式整體適配度佳、模式內在結構適配度佳。歸納本研究之發現及發展的「國民小學校長知識管理評鑑指標」，適合作為國民小學校長作為學校經營校長自我檢核知識管理之使用，並藉以建立我國國民小學校長的知識管理評鑑指標之參考。
