Title:	從教室的實用智慧看實習教師的導師實習與教學實習

Abstract:	在教室裡因為班級事務繁雜眾多，學生差異莫衷一是，在緊湊的教學活動、繁忙的班級事務中，如何指導與輔導實習教師進行「導師實習」，使實習教師能傳情達意凝聚眾志，學習與訓練其班級經營策略與教師教學效能，使班級「導師實習」快速步上正常運轉的軌道，是教室裡實用智慧的一大展現。誠如單文經(民83)指出：社會大眾對於日益嚴重的學生管教問題，愈來愈為憂心，其認為此一問題與教師之班級經營有密切的關聯，因此呼籲希望透過系統化的分析教室歷程與研究教室知識，作比較深入的探討教室實用智慧，藉由提升教師知能及因應措施，以協助教師們進行良好的教學。但是，朱文雄(民78)指出：師範學院學生每年在「集中教育實習」所面臨之最大困擾，是班級管理的問題，由於「實習教師」們不能善加預防、指導和控制教室中學生的行為，使他們的教學效能大打折扣，甚而產生挫折感、無力感，對「實習教師」而言，「集中教育實習」簡直是噩夢一場。因此，如何訓練實習教師在「導師實習」上有良好的班級經營策略，將有助於實習教師將忙亂的班級事務化繁為簡，使得班級的各項活動能依教育的原理正常運作。
