Title:	認知風格理論對有效學習策略的啟示

Abstract:	帶好每位學生是教育工作者的重要職責，其旨在發展適性適才的教育，兼顧有教無類和因材施教的理想，提供每位學生最適性的教育。在理念上，「帶好每位學生」是兼顧因材施教、個別化教學、精熟化學習的原理原則，在教與學上則可經體察師、生的「認知風格」(cognitive style)，做為指導學生有效學習策略的參考之一，「認知風格理論」是一個很值得教師們研究的議題。因為在教育的過程裡，有效教學與有效學習的歷程深受教師的教學風格(teaching style)和學生的學習風格(learning style)等認知歷程的影響。因此，要充分瞭解教師與學生的認知風格，才能使學生「在學習中獲得成功」、「在成功中獲得學習」，發展有效的學習策略，進行有效的學習，帶好每位學生朝向更美好的發展。
