Abstract:	本書主要關心的焦點，是如何經由「渾沌理論」的研究來幫助學校領導者彩繪學校經營管理的天空。更詳細的說，本書想要透過協助學校領導者了解「混沌現象」、「推動變革」、「驅散結構」、「奇異吸子」、「亂中求序」、「活在當下」、「共同演化」、「內在韻律」、「蓄勢待發」及「勇於創新」等十大主題，來增進其學校經營管理知能，建構一套校務發展、教學領導、行政管理、公共關係、專業發展、家長參與的學校經營計畫，並進而啟動學校領導者的決心、直覺、理想及熱情，發展學校經營管理的動力系統，全面提升學校經營管理品質與效能。
