    Abstract: 本研究主要宗旨在發展與使用教師教學觀點評量工具，擬以兩年的時間完成 下列六個研究目的： 1、探討教師教學觀點與其研究工具之發展之相關文獻，供本研究及日後相 關研究參考。 2、後設評析Pratt 所發展之教師教學觀點評量工具。 3、瞭解國人對於好的教學的觀點。 4、以TPI 為核心，發展編製適合國內研究教師教學觀點的評量工具。 5、瞭解影響教師教學觀點的因素：諸如教育背景、任教年資、任教學生年 齡層、教育文化情境、課程模式、教學內容、教學型態等。 6.、瞭解不同師資培育機構不同類型學生教學觀點的發展性與差異性。 本研究第一年的研究目的主要在透過相關文獻探討、TPI 後設分析、德懷 術、焦點團體訪談方式，瞭解國內外相關學者專家，對於教師教學觀點與其評量 工具項目的研究和看法，彙整眾家看法形成共識，以Daniel D. Pratt 的「Teaching Perspectives Inventory（TPI）」為參考依據，發展適合本土使用的教師教學觀點 評量工具初版。 本研究第二年的研究目的在建立評量工具的建構效度，透過第一階段所發展 出來的評量工具的測試、修整文句、使用、完成本土教師教學觀點評量工具之定 稿工作。同時探討國人對於好的教學的觀點，研究者將分別檢視師資培育者、教 師、學校行政人員、家長等人的教學觀點；教師教學觀點是否會受到不同情境， 諸如：教育背景、任教年資、所任教學生之年齡層，教育文化情境、課程模式、 教學內容、教學型態等的影響；不同師資培育機構不同類型學生之教學觀點的差 異性，包括在職生、學程生、四年制職前一年級新生、以及應屆畢業生之教學觀 點，師資培育機構學士後學分班在入學時，和經過一年的職前養成教育後，教學 觀點的變化探討分析，進行師資培育機構不同類型學生，教學觀點橫向和縱向的 比較分析。本研究亦將於第二年研究後期，規劃未來發展跨文化、跨領域及追蹤 研究的可能性。
