Title:	優質學校文化：卓越校長的觀察

Abstract:	「優質學校文化」是學校經營發展的關鍵，而塑造「優質學校文化」更是卓越校長經營學校的核心工作。本文根據國內外專家學者對校長塑造優質學校文化的看法，統整歸納出卓越校長塑造優質學校文化的架構，包含三項專業思維（學校願景、學校發展、學校使命）；三大塑造策略（建立有意義的學校願景、增進學校的可能與潛能、培養深度會談的文化）；四種方法（故事、儀式、實質象徵、語言）及六項優質學校文化層面（教師文化、學生文化、行政文化、社區文化、物質文化、精神文化）等，並據此擬定題目進行卓越校長訪談，針對卓越校長訪談結果之進行內容分析，進而歸納統整出卓越校長塑造優質學校策略之共同觀點與特殊觀點，作為本文之結論。
