    Title: 卓越教學的追求

    Abstract: 卓越教學追求的教育理念，主要的核心精神在如何培育修養好、氣質好及能力好的優質教師，期盼這些教師他們進入職場能以良師為志業為教育貢獻心力，更期許他們能夠妥適地處理「教材」、「教法」、「心情」，以感性作材料，以悟性作範疇，以理性作判斷，以美感來呈現，從教師效能、教學精進、良師典範與專業發展的釀造，能夠追求教學卓越春風化雨。回顧近三十年來台灣高等教育發展的政策及方向，卓越教學的追求以提昇教育品質，確保學生的學習成就與表現是特別重視的工作。例如，1977 年起台灣教育部逐年推展大學綜合校務評鑑及學系評鑑，在2000 年起為了追求邁向頂尖國際一流大學的發展方向，推動「大學學術追求卓越發展計畫」、2002 年推動「提昇大學國際競爭力計畫」、2003 年推動「研究型大學計畫」、2004 年「發展國際一流大學及頂尖研究中心計畫」，藉以建立大學品質的管控機制。另外，在2005 年起推動「獎勵大學教學卓越計畫」，鼓勵大學提升教師的教學專業水準及學生學習意願成效，建立教學評鑑及完善的課程規劃制度，落實教學及學生教輔等措施，經由學校整體制度面之改革及建制，提升各學系、學門領域教學成效 並進而提昇大學整體教育品質，透過建立系統化、多元化的教學知能提升機制，提供大學教師完善的教學專業精進環境，協助教師提升教學成效，進而促進學生學習成效，促進大學教學卓越與發展。以下本章分別從1.「從教師效能看卓越教學的追求」、2.「從教學精進看卓越教學的追求」、3.「從良師典範看卓越教學的追求」及4.「從專業發展看卓越教學的追求」等四節說明，並繪製成推動卓越教學追求的模式建構圖作為重點工作方向，進而期許能以教師的教學精進促進學生的學習發展，作為兩岸教育推動卓越教學追求的參考。
